AFC Championship Game Preview
The Patriots vs Ravens game will feature the 2 top AFC teams with the best records in the conference. The New England Patriots are know this year for having a great offense and a bad defense. The Baltimore Ravens are known this year for having a great defense and a mediocre offense. I feel the AFC Championship will come down to the quarterback play of Tom Brady and Joe Flacco. Tom Brady had a record breaking day throwing 6 TD passes last week against the Denver Broncos. Joe Flacco stuggled against the Houston Texans last week but threw 2 TD
Only 4 Teams Left in Quest for Superbowl
So far 2 so called elite quarterbacks have been knocked out of the playoffs. Those 2 quarterbacks are Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers. The shocker has to be that Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers got eliminated in their first playoff game after going 15 and 1 for the season. Congrats to the four teams left in the quest for the Superbowl which include the Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, and the New York Giants. Share this…
Pittsburgh Steelers Bounce Back Against Seahawks
Most people expected this. The Pittsburgh Steelers took out all of their frustrations on the Seattle Seahawks today. They were mad after the ass whipping given to them by the Baltimore Ravens last week. The Seattle could not score 1 point on the Steeler’s defense today. Final Score: Steelers 24 Seahawks 0 Share this…
Baltimore Ravens Crush the Chiefs 30 to 7
The Baltimore Ravens totally dominated the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC wild card matchup. The Ravens offense help the ball for over 40 minutes and the defense smashed the young Chiefs team in the mouth time and time again forcing fumbles and turnovers. The Ravens will advance to play the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday. Share this…
Steelers Win Bloody AFC North Battle
The Pittsburgh Steelers came up big in their will over the Baltimore Ravens Sunday night. Ben Roethlisberger had a bad foot and a bloody broken nose but still found a way to win against a tough Baltimore Ravens defense. Troy Polamalu was also a hero for the Steelers causing Joe Flacco to fumble in the fourth quarter leading to the game winning touchdown for the Steelers. The Pittsburgh Steelers now sit at the top of the AFC North with 9 wins and 3 losses, Final Score: Steelers 13 Ravens 10 Share this…
The Steelers vs Ravens Game Will be a Good One
My pick for the best game to watch this week is the Steelers vs Ravens game. It will definitely be some very hard hitting in this one. It will be interesting to see if James Harrison of the Steelers will pickup another fine for an illegal hit. Share this…
Matt Ryan Leads Atlanta Falcons to Victory
It was probably one of the best Thursday night football games that I can remember. The Falcons were trailing the Baltimore Ravens with about a minute left on the clock by a score of 21 to 20. Matt Ryan then throws the game winning touchdown and the Falcons go ahead to win by a score of 26 to 21. I was impressed by the play of both of these young quarterbacks but Matt Ryan gets the win over Joe Flacco. Share this…
Ravens vs Falcons on Thursday Night Football
Although I have never been a big fan of Thursday night football, this game will be a treat for football fans. This could very well be a preview of the Superbowl. Both the Baltimore Ravens and the Atlanta Falcons have 6 wins and just 2 losses and are at the top of their divisions. Both teams are also led by two young promising quarterbacks. It should be a great game to watch. Share this…
Spit Controversy
The latest controversy took place during the Ravens vs. Dolphins game on Sunday. Channing Crowder is accusing Le’Ron McClain of the Baltimore Ravens of spitting in his face during the game. McClain and coach Harbaugh of the Ravens are denying the incident. You can see a video clip of the incident at the site below: http://www.ravensblogger.com/2010/11/hit-wars-and-spit-wars/ http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=pro-football-blog-20&o=1&p=13&l=ur1&category=sports&banner=1FG4SKMXKH8ANN37MB82&f=ifr Share this…
Ravens are Team to Watch Next Season
The Baltimore Ravens have gone deep into the playoffs 2 years in a row now. Now that they have acquired Anquan Boldin and have the big target receiver they were looking for, it will be interesting to see how far they will go next year. The Baltimore Ravens are currently my pick to win the AFC next year. Share this…
