It is Going to be Some Good Championship Football Today!
The matchups are set and about to take place. The Atlanta Falcons will take on the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game and the Baltimore Ravens will play the New England Patriots again in the AFC Championship game. Despite the fact Matt Ryan won his first playoff game, Im taking the 49ers to win the NFC Championship game. I’m picking Joe Flacco to get the monkey off his back and the Baltimore Ravens to win the AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots. Share this…
AFC Championship Game Preview
The Patriots vs Ravens game will feature the 2 top AFC teams with the best records in the conference. The New England Patriots are know this year for having a great offense and a bad defense. The Baltimore Ravens are known this year for having a great defense and a mediocre offense. I feel the AFC Championship will come down to the quarterback play of Tom Brady and Joe Flacco. Tom Brady had a record breaking day throwing 6 TD passes last week against the Denver Broncos. Joe Flacco stuggled against the Houston Texans last week but threw 2 TD
Steelers vs Jets in AFC Championship
After an impressive comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens last week, the Pittsburgh Steelers will host the New York Jets in the AFC Championship game today. This will be a battle between two teams who play great defense and like to run run the ball. The winner of this game will advance to the Superbowl to play the Green Bay Packers. I expect the Steelers to pull out a close one mainly because of the home field advantage. Prediction: Steelers 20 Jets 17 Share this…
Indianapolis Colts are Going to the Superbowl
After defeating the New York Jets today, the Colts will be headed to the 44th Superbowl. The Jets came out playing great defense as expected, but were not able to keep Peyton Manning from getting the ball in the end zone. Peyton Manning ended up throwing for 377 yards and 3 TDs. The Colts defense stopped the Jets running attack holding them to only 86 yards on the ground. Sanchez played pretty well throwing for 2 TDs but it wasn’t enough. Final Score: Colts 30 Jets 17 Share this…
